Leading Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Work: What’s Your  Why Not?

In 2020, many organizations proudly declared their commitment to building diverse and inclusive workplaces where every employee feels valued and respected. More recently, while many leaders understand that Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) work is the right thing to do, some still hesitate – to the point of outright back-peddling on their corporate commitment by questioning its impact on business success and the bottom line.

This interactive roundtable invites leaders and decision-makers to engage in honest conversations about the hesitations that may prevent them from fully embracing DIB work. Whether you’re at the beginning of your inclusion journey or refining your approach, this workshop is the perfect space to explore both the WHYs and the WHY NOTs of DIB efforts.

Let’s have a real conversation about what’s standing in the way and how to move forward with confidence.
