Let’s face it, providing constructive criticism is an activity that many managers and business leaders dread. They may avoid providing feedback that could lead to conflict or hurt feelings, and often need guidance on the best approach.

In this interactive workshop, Melissa Eisler will guide you on how to embrace the most effective mindset for giving and receiving feedback, along with tools to share with the leaders you are coaching.

Participants will leave with knowledge of how to approach difficult conversations with care and candor.
Melissa is an Executive Coach and partner at Evolution. She has a Masters in Organizational Leadership and is a certified coach through Newfield Network and the ICF. She is told she has a warm way of challenging clients and holding them accountable for addressing “undiscussables” and designing and sustaining meaningful change.
