Donna believes that building a strong and supportive HR community in North County is important to all HR professionals and to our local organizations. She was the founder of Team Building for Success, which provides leadership development and executive coaching services. Donna has an extensive background in human resources, finance, organization development and leadership training.  Donna is the author of the book, The Successful Manager’s Roadmap: 5 Steps to Building a High Performance Team. Donna specializes in coaching difficult or abrasive leaders and developing stronger managers through the innovative Manager’s Roadmap Program. Donna previously held various finance and HR leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard and has an MBA from Purdue University. Donna is currently retired.
