Judith Enns established the most influential Human Resources staffing firm, HR Solutions, in San Diego, now a division of Eastridge Workforce Solutions. The HR division has offices in Newport Beach, San Diego, and conducts business in San Francisco. For over 30 years Dr. Enns has been influential in elevating the role of Human Resources in companies of all sizes, and in advancing the careers of HR professionals. Now retired, Judy actively applies her human resources and business expertise to serve non-profit organizations as Board Chair, North County Immigration and Citizenship Center, Board Vice Chair, San Diego Rescue Mission, board member and chair, Leadership Council, North County San Diego HR Association, board member, Kingdom Builder Foundation and is an active Elder and choir member at her church. 

In addition to Human Resources Dr. Enns has specialized in employment processes, small business consulting, sales training, employee selection and organizational development, particularly consulting for small businesses and staffing companies. As an advisory board member, speaker and instructor, Judy has contributed to the UCSD HR Certificate Program, HR LearnAbouts, Careers in HR and the UCSD Talent Acquisition Certificate Program. At UCSD she teaches courses in On Boarding Employees and Change Management. She has been active in local and national HR organizations including the Society for Human Resources Management, North County HR, San Diego HR Forum and was a founding member of the Union Tribune Workplace Excellence awards in San Diego.

Prior to her career in Human Resources, Judy taught communications at Illinois State University, California State University, Los Angeles, Oregon State University, Pasadena Nazarene College (now Point Loma Nazarene University), College of the Virgin Islands, and was director of the Women’s English Center at King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia. 

Her doctorate in communications is from The Ohio State University.

She and her husband, Robert, live in Solana Beach, CA, enjoying hiking, theater, camping, good movies, reading and world-wide travel, especially to tropical climates.
